Sean Spencer has been forced out of a fight with Mike Pyle on next month's UFC 187 card, according to a report from MMAJunkie.com.
Spencer, 27, was hoping to bounce back from a robbery decision loss to Cathal Pendred in Boston this January, which came after he'd scored wins in three of his previous four bouts.
The UFC is seeking a replacement to face the 29-year-old Pyle, who will be making his 15th UFC appearance on the card.
UFC 187 hits Las Vegas on pay-per-view on May 23, headlined by the Light Heavyweight Championship fight between Jon Jones and Anthony "Rumble" Johnson.
