"One of my favorite things to do is say I'm gonna to do something and then putting in the work and going out and doing it. It's energizing. I say what I'm gonna do and then I do it. At the end of the day we get in and fight. I don't have to do anything to intimidate these people because they already are intimidated about me - and the hype will not die down - it will still have that same buzz because it's me they are here to see."

-In a new "Ultimate Insider" clip of Conor McGregor in New York City earlier this year, the Featherweight Title contender explains why he feels his hype will continue to live on (transcribed by BloodyElbow.com).

Penick's Analysis: He's got an amazing amount of confidence and bravado, but again, the fact that he continues to prove himself right on a fight by fight basis works in his favor. Getting past Jose Aldo is a different story entirely, but should he pull that off, the hype isn't going anywhere. He garners a reaction like few others, and that's going to get to another level if he captures that title on July 11.
