"That's an interesting fight. If the UFC also thinks so, it will happen. He's doing well, got himself two wins in a row. Before that he was sort of apathetic in the division. No matter who it is, I just want that can make me evolve and get better at my quest to be the champion again. My goal is to just fight again. But that could be a good fight, yes."
Penick's Analysis: It's a fight that the UFC wanted to put together before, and it's a fight that makes a lot of sense for them now as well. Overeem's win over Roy Nelson was a starting point for him, but if he wants to make a title run he's going to need wins over better fighters. Beating a former Champ in JDS would be huge for him. For JDS, he just needs to fight more frequently, winning in that time, to get back to another title fight himself.
