In the latest episode of "UFC 189 World Tour Embedded," cameras caught Jose Aldo in a phone conversation with teammate Thiago Silva, and he made perhaps his harshest comments yet regarding his fight with with Conor McGregor.

The following exchange was relayed via the episode's subtitles, with Aldo's comments delivered in an eerily calm manner:

Silva: "Dude, you have to finish him, he's such a douchebag. He's got to fall and never get back up, that motherf***er."

Aldo: "What's up, brother. Absolutely. I'm going to kill this motherf***er and cut his head off. That cocky trash talking son of a bitch. I'm going to run him over and he won't even see me. I'm gonna release the beast on him. He's gonna regret it."

Penick's Analysis: If you're not watching these embedded videos, you're doing things wrong. It's so compelling to watch the dynamic between these two. McGregor is all full of bravado and confidence, and is doing everything he can to get a reaction out of the Champion. Aldo, meanwhile, seems to be just letting everything sink in, and he's channeling it for the fight right now. This is going to be such a fantastically intriguing fight at UFC 189.
