With her dreams of capturing the UFC Women's Bantamweight Championship shattered in seconds on Saturday night at UFC 184, Cat Zingano could barely muster belief at what had transpired.

"I wanna do it again," the incredulous challenger told Joe Rogan in an awkward and emotional post-fight interview. "I just... f***."

Rousey understands the mentality of Zingano's post-fight reaction, and for her part a rematch is something she's more than willing to grant down the line. She told Zingano as much herself in the cage immediately after forcing her to tap.

"Yeah [I felt bad for her]," Rousey said on the post-fight show on Fox Sports 1. "I sat down in front of her afterwards and said 'I'm happy to do this again sometime.' It's hard to feel like you really tested yourself when something like that happens. I think it'd be very different the next time, like when me and Miesha Tate fought again."

For now, Zingano will have to fight her way back up to that opportunity, but Rousey will be waiting for her if she gets there.

Penick's Analysis: It was all over in such a blur that anyone would be left wondering how in the hell it happened and wanting to try to show that it was a fluke. Zingano made two really crucial errors that allowed that finish to come as it did. Rushing in against a judo fighter is a terrible idea, because great judo competitors are masterful at utilizing momentum against their opponents. Rousey did that, and then Zingano tried to hold onto Rousey's head with her arm already behind her back a bit. She left herself open for that, and though there are a lot of fighters who wouldn't have recognized the opportunity that presented, Rousey's one of the worst people you could do that against. I don't know if we'll ever see Zingano get a chance to do something more than what she showed last night, but obviously she'll have Rousey ready and willing if it comes to pass.
