Iaquinta's win over Pearson was his fifth in his last six fights, and second in a row since an upset loss to Mitch Clarke in May.
Lauzon, who has won more post-fight bonuses than anyone else in UFC history, was supposed to fight Diego Sanchez earlier this month in Mexico before getting sidelined by injury. He's won two straight as well, coming into this matchup off a cut stoppage win over Michael Chiesa.
UFC 183 will be headlined by the middleweight bout between Anderson Silva and Nick Diaz, and comes to pay-per-view on January 31 from Las Vegas.
