"Comparatively to the best, the cream of the crop, all he has is the punch. Jiu-jitsu, I will walk all over him, and in wrestling, the same thing. I think it's a good fight. I just have to go out there and bust my a**, put on a good performance, and finish him. The guy punches hard – good for him. Technically everywhere else, he's not very good. I had the same game plan for the past two people as Lineker: speed, numbers, and things like that. It's not rocket science. I know and everyone else knows I'm better than him. I've got to put it all together and I'll make him look silly... He can talk all he wants, but he's not going to trick me into playing his game. I'm going to beat you the way I'm going to beat you, and it's not going to be that hard."

-Ian McCall talks to MMAJunkie.com about his UFC Fight Night 56 bout with John Lineker.

Penick's Analysis: This is a massive fight for both McCall and Lineker, because the winner is likely going to get the next title fight at 125 lbs. Though Lineker has over 30 fights to his credit, McCall represents probably the best fighter he's faced yet, and that makes it an absolutely huge fight for him. McCall clearly doesn't hold it to be the same, because he feels he's going to run through the Brazilian, and that adds some more pressure on himself because now he's got to follow through on that. If he does, then great for him, but that's far from a sure thing at this point.
