An intriguing flyweight bout between Louis Gaudinot and Kyoji Horiguchi is headed to the UFC 182 undercard in Las Vegas on Jan. 3.
The UFC announced the bout this week, which will likely take place on the Fox Sports 1 or UFC Fight Pass prelims.
Gaudinot was supposed to fight Patrick Holohan earlier this month, but injury took him out of the event. He's got just one win in his four UFC appearances, as a second victory from March of this year was overturned due to a failed drug test.
He's got a tough draw in former bantamweight Horiguchi, who has won three straight fights in the UFC to extend his overall winning streak to eight fights. In his most recent outing, Horiguchi took out Jon Delos Reyes in the first round in Japan.
UFC 182 will be headlined by the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship bout between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier.
