Do I even need to say anything here? Johnson was careful for most of the first round before exploding with a straight punch and a knee directly to the chin of Cariaso. That may have ended the fight had it not been the very end of the round.
The second didn't last long, however, as Johnson continued to dominate and eventually tapped Cariaso with a straight armbar/kimura. Johnson came in and did what he had to do.
The matchup didn't capture anyone's imagination, but it did give Johnson a showcase fight on top of an excellent card. Hopefully we'll get to see him fight John Dodson when Dodson is healthy.
