Ultimate Fighter 19 winner Eddie Gordon has his first UFC fight outside of the reality competition set, as Newsday.com reports on Tuesday that he'll take on TUF 17's Josh Samman at UFC 181 in Las Vegas.
Gordon took out the favored Dhiego Lima in July, stopping him in the first round in an unexpected torrent of strikes.
He'll now try to make it two straight in the Octagon against Samman, who fights for the first time since his debut in April of 2013. He was scheduled for two other bouts in the last year, but injuries kept him out of both.
UFC 181 will now be headlined by the Welterweight Title rematch between Johny Hendricks and Robbie Lawler, airing live on pay-per-view from Las Vegas on Dec. 6.
