Mark Hunt, Myles Jury, Kyung Ho Kang, and Michinori Tanaka each have an extra $50,000 coming their way after UFC Fight Night 52 in Japan, as they were all awarded post fight bonuses for their efforts on the card.
Hunt and Jury each earned "Performance of the Night" awards for their brutal wins over Roy Nelson and Takanori Gomi, respectively. Hunt knocked Nelson out with a brutal uppercut in the main event, while Jury dropped Gomi with a slick straight right and finished him off with punches on the ground.
As for Kang and Tanaka, their furiously paced scramble-fest on the prelims brought them "Fight of the Night" honors. Kang edged out the decision in an extremely hard fight to score.
