The California State Athletic Commission has released a list of medical suspensions following last weekend's UFC 177 event in Sacramento, and Joe Soto and Danny Castillo received the lengthiest layoffs pending doctor's clearance.

Each fighter received six months on the sidelines pending clearance for injuries suffered in their losses to T.J. Dillashaw and Tony Ferguson, respectively, while Ferguson himself received the next highest suspension at just two months. The full list is below (via MMAJunkie.com):

- Joe Soto: suspended 180 days with no contact during training sessions for 180 days due to a possible right-hand fracture unless cleared early by a physician; suspended 60 days with no contact for 60 days due to a nose laceration unless cleared early by a physician; regardless, suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days and must undergo an ophthalmology exam for precautionary reasons
- Danny Castillo: suspended 180 days with no contact for 180 days due to a possible right-thumb fracture unless cleared early by a physician
- Tony Ferguson: suspended 60 days with no contact for 60 days due to a right-eyebrow laceration unless cleared early by a physician
- Shayna Baszler: suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days for precautionary reasons
- Ramsey Nijem: suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days for precautionary reasons
- Damon Jackson: suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days and must undergo a neurological exam for precautionary reasons
- Ruan Potts: suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days for precautionary reasons
- Cain Carrizosa: suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days for precautionary reasons
