Olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo has pulled out of his fight with Scott Jorgensen on tomorrow's UFC 177 event due to medical reasons, delaying his UFC debut.
The UFC announced the removal on Friday prior to weigh-ins for the event.
It's the fourth time Cejudo has pulled out of a fight in less than a year, having been scheduled for three different Legacy FC events for which he would ultimately not compete.
The UFC signed him earlier this summer following a 6-0 start to his MMA career, but the wrestler will have to attempt his debut at a later date.
Penick's Analysis: It shouldn't be surprising in the least that this happened, but it's another big mark against Cejudo. If he can't be relied upon - and to date he's shown to be quite unreliable - then he's not going to get many opportunities inside the Octagon.
DON'T GO YET... WE SUGGEST THESE MMATORCH ARTICLES, TOO!
