"It's my first main event against a former champion and I'm really happy with this opportunity that the UFC is giving me. I'm just happy. No pressure in this fight at all and I'm excited to make a statement on Saturday. I want to prove to everybody that I'm ready... He's a tough guy, a former champion, and I think this will be a really big step towards the belt. The belt will come, but I don't want to think too much about it. I really want my title shot, but I'm not stuck in this thinking. I just want to fight and be exciting and that will come naturally. A big win over Benson Henderson Saturday night and I will fight for the title I'm sure... I think I'm stronger than him. I've been in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu world a long time, I've been training since I was nine years old and I earned my black belt when I was 20 years old so I've had nine years as a black belt. I see a lot of holes in his game and I'm going to take advantage of that."

-Rafael dos Anjos talks to FoxSports.com about his UFC Fight Night 49 headlining bout against Benson Henderson.

Penick's Analysis: This is a really big fight for dos Anjos, but given how he fared against Khabib Nurmagomedov in April, the wrestling game of Henderson can give him fits over a five round fight. Can he win some rounds against Henderson? That's a very real possibility, but while he's a talented fighter, Henderson may just be too much for him. This is either going to be his breakout win, or Henderson's next step in trying to get back to another title bout.
