A bout between Maximo Blanco and Dan Hooker is the latest addition to the UFC Fight Night 52 event in Japan this September, according to a report from Sherdog.com.
Blanco earned his second UFC win in five fights in his last outing, defeating Andy Ogle by decision in Germany in May. That halted a two-fight losing streak, and was one a change of pace after some disappointing performances.
As for Hooker, the New Zealander made his UFC debut in his home country in June, defeating Ian Entwistle by TKO in the first round. That moved the 24-year-old to 11-4 overall in his career, and he's won six fights in a row.
UFC Fight Night 52 takes place on Sept. 20, airing live on UFC Fight Pass with a heavyweight bout between Mark Hunt and Roy Nelson in the main event.
