After posting two consecutive title defenses on network television on Fox, UFC Lightweight Champion Benson Henderson returns to pay-per-view this August, as the UFC announced on Tuesday night that he'll defend his title against T.J. Grant in the main event of UFC 164.
Henderson captured the UFC Lightweight Championship last year when he edged past Frankie Edgar at UFC 144 in Japan. He added a win in an even closer fight in the rematch at UFC 150, then defeated Nate Diaz and Gilbert Melendez in his last two fights on Fox.
He'll put the belt on the line against Grant, who earned his shot last month when he knocked out Gray Maynard at UFC 160. That win was his fifth straight since dropping to the lightweight division, and he's increasingly impressed in each successive fight in the division.
The UFC's return to Milwaukee coincides with the 110th anniversary of Harley Davidson, and comes live to the Bradley Center on Aug. 31.
