Next month's UFC 161 event has gotten a change, as T.J. Waldburger has suffered an injury, taking him out of the event. He was scheduled to take on Sean Pierson on the card, and Pierson will now face Kenny Robertson.
The UFC announced the change to the June 15 event on Thursday night.
Pierson fights in his home country for the fourth time in six fights in the UFC, and hopes to move his current winning streak to three. In his most recent outing, Pierson defeated Lance Benoist at UFC 152 last September.
Robertson returns after a fantastic kneebar-like submission over Brock Jardine in January, which brought him to 2-1 through three fights in the UFC.
UFC 161 takes place from the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, headlined by the Interim Bantamweight Championship bout between Renan Barao and Eddie Wineland.
