Chris Camozzi's not wasting any time getting back into the cage after a split decision win over Nick Ring last month, as he'll step in for an injured C.B. Dollaway at UFC on FX 8 against Cezar "Mutante" Ferreira.
The UFC announced the switch on Monday.
Camozzi's victory over Ring - which should have been a unanimous nod were it not for one home country card for Ring - was his fourth straight, moving him to 6-2 in the UFC.
Ferreira made his UFC debut last June, winning in the finals of the first ever "Ultimate Fighter: Brazil" over Sergio Moraes at UFC 147. That was his fifth career win in seven fights, and now he'll return eleven months later.
UFC on FX 8 takes place on May 18 from Jaragua do Sul, Brazil, headlined by the middleweight bout between Vitor Belfort and Luke Rockhold.
