Two more featherweight fights are set for The Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale this April, as the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that Cole Miller will take on Bart Palaszewski, and Daniel Pineda will meet Justin Lawrence on the April 13 card.
Miller is in desperate need of a win after losing both of his fights since dropping to the featherweight division. The longtime UFC vet racked up a 7-3 mark in the UFC's lightweight division before dropping down, but he's lost decisions against Steven Siler and Nam Phan in consecutive bouts.
Palaszewski's another fighter who needs to find some success at featherweight after his lightweight run, as he's lost two straight fights after a knockout over Tyson Griffin in his first trip down from 155.
Pineda's in the same boat, as he's lost two straight fights himself after winning two straight to kick off his UFC run. In his most recent bout, he was knocked out by Antonio Carvalho. For Justin Lawrence, who entered the UFC through The Ultimate Fighter's first live season last year, he hopes to bounce back from his first official career loss, suffered last August when he was stopped by Max Holloway.
The Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale will be headlined by a Flyweight Championship bout between Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson and John Moraga, and will feature a number of fighters from the currently running season of TUF.
