By: Jamie Penick, MMATorch Editor-in-Chief The UFC has announced today that Amir Sadollah, winner of season seven of The Ultimate Fighter, has been forced to withdraw from his scheduled bout with Nick Catone at UFC 91 due to a leg infection. It's unknown how long Sadollah will be out.
Being just days out from the event, the UFC will not be able to find a replacement and that fight has been scratched from the card. Taking it's place on the main card will be the welterweight bout between 11-4 Dustin Hazelett and 9-1 Tamdan McCrory.
Hazelett's coming off of a victory over Josh Burman in June, while McCrory was last seen defeating Luke Cummo at UFC 87.
Penick's Analysis: This is a tough blow for Sadollah, who was poised to show what he could against someone not on his season of TUF. Hazelett and McCrory is a good replacement fight, though, and should be an entertaining addition to this card. They'll both get a chance to make a name for themselves on what could be the most watched MMA Pay Per View card in history.
