Williams: Vitor Belfort will Take Out Luke Rockhold
I used to think winning the heavyweight title was Vitor's destiny. Then I thought it was winning the Light Heavyweight Title (WHICH HE DID). As his glorious, but brief Light Heavyweight Title reign didn't fully satisfy, I repurposed defeating Anderson Silva for the Middleweight Championship as the culmination of his Vision Quest. Didn't happen.
But in the last year, I finally got it. The first time something was missing. Now Vitor's found it again.
Vitor's destiny is to take the jacked-up physique he miraculously re-achieved in his late-30s, physically intimidate Anderson Silva, and pummel him into Bolivian.
Luke Rockhold won't stop him.
But if he does, Vitor can always armbar Jon Jones again.
Suter: No, He Won't
But WRESTLING!@#!!!
[Insert quote from Kael Sonnen].
Also WRESTLING and WRESTLING!@#!@#
In fairness, that argument is about as good as Williams' "GOD AND FATE WANT VITOR TO WIN" position.
Seriously, though, I think wrestling gives the edge to Rockhold. Yeah, he could get KO'd or armbar-ed. However, Rockhold employs his length better than Bisping and has an offensive wrestling game. As for the armbar... uh... possible, I guess; but I wouldn't typically bet on a fighter hoping for a flash submission unless it's Aoki, or perhaps Fedor vs. [Insert Freakshow Opponent Here].
So, in conclusion... um... Williams sucks? ...and er... WRESTLING...? That being said, I truly do hope that I'm wrong and Vitor wins, solely in hopes that this can help resolve the plethora of Williams' psychological issues that seem to revolve around Vitor Belfort.
