Penick's Analysis:  I think this would be a good step for Tito with his break from UFC.  The scene is getting crowded with promotions as it is, but Tito would get the chance to show what he could do with a show after his criticisms on how UFC runs itself.  We'll see if this gains any legs and where and from whom his financial backing comes, but in the mean time I'm sure we'll just hear more of the same in interviews from Tito regarding all things UFC.
