The first Titan FC event on UFC Fight Pass is coming on July 18, and it will feature a number of former UFC fighters on the card, including in the headliner between TUF runner-up Mike Ricci and Strikeforce and UFC vet Pat Healy.

The event was announced late Monday following the initial revelation of the deal in the afternoon.

"Titan FC puts on great events and we're happy to make Titan fights available live and on-demand to our UFC Fight Pass subscribers," said UFC Chief Content Officer Marshall Zelaznik in a press release. "In the nine years since its first show, Titan has earned a reputation for putting on quality events featuring a mixture of up-and-coming talent and experienced veterans. I'm excited to offer these events live and exclusively on."

In addition to the Ricci-Healy main event, the card will also feature a fight between Kurt Holobaugh and Andre Harrison, as well as fights featuring Jose Landi-Jons and Phil Hawes.

Penick's Analysis: This will make July 18 a double-header day, as the UFC Fight Night 72 card from Glasgow, Scotland, airs earlier in the day. Ricci-Healy is a decent enough fight, Holobaugh's mostly fun to watch more often than not, and Hawes is a rising prospect at 185 lbs. Solid enough.
