Williams' MMA News Blog: Tito Still Free Agent, Still in Neogtiations with UFC

The Dayton Daily News reports that Tito Ortiz has resumed negotiating with the UFC. He is also formally talking with Affliction, Elite XC, and the AFL (the group that wants to run a PPV later this year, has already signed former WWE wrestler Bobby Lashley, and is sure to lose a ton of money).
