We're back once again with the MMATorch staff rankings, post-UFC 100. We'll next update these after UFC 102, with it being the last in a string of shows in successive weeks that will shake up the rankings significantly. The voting panel consisted of Torch Editor Jamie Penick and Torch Columnists/Contributors Shawn Ennis, Alex Williams, Frank Hyden and myself, Matt Pelkey.
Pelkey's Poll Analysis: Its weird to do a rankings with no Tim Sylvia, Andrei Arlovski, Matt Hughes, Chuck Liddell, or Takanori Gomi in their respective top-tens. The times they are a changing, my friends. In the case of a tie, I listed the fighter with the highest single vote first. For instance, Brett Rogers received a seventh place vote, while Velasquez wasn't higher than eighth on anyone's ballot, thus I put Rogers' name first. Feel free to email me at matt6buckeye@hotmail.com to tell me how right or wrong we were.
