Bellator 130 comes to you live from the Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, CA. Tonight Patricio Pitbull will defend his Featherweight Championship against Daniel Straus.

Fight 1 - Welterweight: Fernando Gonzalez vs. Marius Žaromskis

Due to computer difficulties this coverage pics up exactly midway through the second round.

Round 2 (halfway through): ...Žaromskis with a spinning back fist. Gonzalez is looking for combos, walking forward. He lands a teep to the mouth after throwing a nice left right combo. Zamorskis walks in and eats a few. She slips and gets up while Gonzalez walks him down. The exchange combos and Žaromskis is slowing down. Gonzalez with a push kick. He lands a an uppercut to the body. Žaromskis misses a flying knee. Gonzalez takes his back and tries to work him to the mat against the cage. The bell rings.

Rounds 3:Žaromskis lands a head kick and moves forward.Gonzales is stalking him. Gonzalez catches a kick and goes for the takedown. Zaromskis hits the mat and then wors his way back up by pushing Gonzalez to the cage. Žaromskis is in the pocket and throws a left-right-knee combo. They exchange combos and then Gonzalez with a push kick and and a head kick. Žaromskis takes him down. Gonzalez gets him in guard and they work until the bell rings.

Fight 2 -Light Heavyweight: Houston Alexander vs. Virgil Zwicker

Round 1
They test the waters and Zwicker trows a spinning back kick and Alexander takes him down right off of that. Zwicker starts throwing a ton of elbows from the bottom. Alexander is landing lots of body shots from on top, and is controlling him with his head. He is working ground and pound. Zwicker gets up and tries to mount some offense. Alexander is getting the better of him on the feet. With ten seconds left Zwicker cracks Alexander and on the chin twice before the bell rings.

Round 2
Zwicker lands a strong right, then he follows up and knocks him down. Lands a knee, and gets top control and starts some heavy ground and pound. Alexander gets up and eats a big uppercut. Alexander is driving forward, but his hands are dropping.Alexander kicks out the front leg and then takes Zwicker down. He is smothering him with the forearm and using his head to control him. They end the round with Alexander maintaining position on the top.

Round 3
They spend a lot of time picking shots. Alexander shoots a single, but he holds him off. Zwicker lands a heavy hook and it looks like Alexander felt it. Zwicker lands some hooks and starts to take the center of the cage. Alexander keeps stalking lands some shots. Zwicker 's month is bloody. They start throwing with reckless abandon as the rounds draws to a close and Zwicker gets some heavy shots in. Alexander takes him down and gets his back just as the bell rings.

Fight 3 - Featherweight: Georgi Karakhanyan vs. Bubba Jenkins

Round 1
Jenkins opens with slam and Karakhanyan scrambles and locks on a guillotine. Jenkins works and works his way back up. He gets another taedown and Karakhanyan gets another guillotine. Jenkins is out and the ref does not see it. Karakhanyan starts screaming, "He is out!!! He's out!!!" and the ref stops it.

Fight 4 - Featherweight Championship: Patricio Freire (c) vs. Daniel Straus

Round 1
Straus opens with some low kicks and Freire defends. Freire with a low kick and then a leaping right hand. Straus with a knee, Freire with a combo and then Straus comes in wth a combo of his own. Freire lands and Straus lands a counter left. Freire attempts a low kick. Straus with a straight kick to the thigh. They exchange again and Straus lands a good hook. They clinch and Straus lands a knee. straight kick and then a headbutt to Freire. They stop and it is deemed accidental. They start up and Straus is is moving fast and Freire slows it down. They clinch against the fence and Freire lands some strong strikes until Straus counters and back him off. Freire kicks Straus in the cup and the ref calls time. They reset and Straus lands a glancing strike as the bell rings.

Rounds 2
Straus is throws a with a combo that ends with a knee. Freire kicks the cup again. They stop and reset. Freire catches a leg and ties to take him down. He stuffs. Then Straus gets fingers in the eyes and (apparently) a shot to the cup. They stop again and then the ref takes a point from Straus. They start back up and Freire shoots and tosses Straus and they scramble. Straus then tosses Freire, but he pops back up. He tries to toss Straus and gets his back taken for a moment. He gets in control of the scramble and has Straus against the cage. He knees a downed Straus to the body. Then another body shot. Straus gets up and tries an outside trip as the bell rings.

Round 3
Straus with a head kick. Freire blocks. Freire faints and then blocks another head kick. Straus is in the center of the cage and the ref says to watch the fingers. Straus with a strong left hand. Strauus opens up and tries to take Freire down and it gets reversed. Pitbull lands in half guard. he goes for a heel hook and Strauss gets back up. Strauss trows thre hooks and tries to take a covered up Freire down. and the bell rings.

Round 4
Straus shoots after a combo and they lock up against the cage. Freire switches and takes control. They get back to the center of the cage, and Straus lands a strong left hand that knocks Freire down. Straus goes for a takedaown as Freire gets up and they lock and Freire switches again. Straus opens up to counter Freire and lands a big left. Freire lands a big right and then knees Strauss in the cup and then follows up with a "finishing" strike and thinks he has won. This is not the case. They stop and no point is taken????? They reset and Freire tries a flying knee and misses. Freire hits a double leg and works his way to taking Straus' back. He locks on a rear naked choke and Straus taps with fourteen seconds left in the round.
