The Kimbo Slice vs. Ken Shamrock-headlined Bellator 138 event has shifted up a day, and now has its second scheduled bout.
Bellator MMA officials revealed on Tuesday that the card will now take place on Friday, June 19 in St. Louis, and the event has a new sub-header: Unfinished Business. Additionally, former Bellator Lightweight Champ Michael Chandler gets back into action against Derek Campos.
"I remember how excited I was when this fight was originally announced, and how disappointed I was when it didn't come to fruition at that time," said Bellator President Scott Coker in a press release. "I'm very happy we were able to put this one together because I know these guys still have a lot of unfinished business to take care of, and when they do, it will be something special."
Chandler is out to halt a three-fight losing streak, which all came in title fights. The most recent saw him get stopped in the fourth round of his rematch with Will Brooks, and he'll try to get back on track against Campos. The season 10 tourney semifinalist has won four of his last five Bellator fights, most recently knocking out UFC vet Estevan Payan last September.
The event airs live on Spike TV from the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo., with tickets going on sale this week.
