Bellator's 2015 debut brought in solid viewership to Spike TV last Friday night, as Bellator 132 peaked with 1.2 million viewers during the main event between Patricio "Pitbull" Freire and Daniel Straus.
The card averaged 767,000 viewers overall, with the main event Championship fight averaging 1.1 million viewers, according to figures released by Spike.
Freire defended his Featherweight Championship in that fight, submitting Straus in the fourth round for his sixth straight victory. The broadcast also featured Georgi Karakhanyan's successful return to the organization with a first round submission over Bubba Jenkins.
