"I would love to welcome [Manny] Pacquiao into MMA. It would be an ideal situation for him because I don't take guys down to the ground, and after that's all said and done in the cage, I would be willing to step inside of the ring with him too, something we all knew Randy Couture wouldn't do with James Toney.
I know Floyd [Mayweather] isn't looking to do MMA, but I would still be willing to fight Mayweather and Pacquiao in a boxing match and both camps have been reached, so we will see what happens. I will put it this way, both camps have been reached and both camps were very interested."
-K.J. Noons talks to FightHype.com about wanting to face off against the two biggest draws in boxing, Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
Penick's Analysis: The money simply isn't there for either Pacquiao or Mayweather to make the transition to MMA, especially anywhere outside of the UFC. But if any fighter were to take on Pacquiao or Mayweather in both sports, Noons might be that guy. If he honestly thinks he can do anything against either fighter in the boxing ring he's insane. At the same time, if he simply stands with either of them in an MMA cage as well instead of trying to utilize the ground game, he'll get smashed there as well. This is not something that will actually happen, but if it ever did Noons would be one of the few qualified from a boxing standpoint to even attempt it.

"There's still a large contingent of people, that they just want to see these guys almost die, or the other guy almost die and come back, and sometimes fights are like that. Certainly they are. But sometimes you get technical masterpieces too, and to hate a beautiful, technical fight - you're not really a fight fan...
Diaz has a granite chin, possesses perhaps the best recovery in the sport, his pace and conditioning are second to none and he sets records with the volume of his punches almost every time he steps into the cage. Nick Diaz is simply designed to fight the way he fights, and not many other fighters are...
"There was a lot of poison going on around there and I'm really disappointed because we had a good thing going. It was a good thing and I think people's egos got in the way. Well, not people just Javier, his ego got in the way, and too many cameras in the gym and him trying to build himself up and his brand, his AKA brand...
